Yoga Alliance Certified · 200-Hour YTT
Teach what changed your life
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training turns a devoted practice into a craft — and a calling. Small cohorts, real teaching hours, and mentors who built the most-loved studios in the Valley.
Who it's for
Whether you want to teach — or simply go deeper
This training is for anyone ready to step onto the path: the student who dreams of teaching professionally, and the practitioner who wants to understand their practice from the inside out. You don't need to be the most flexible person in the room — you need curiosity, commitment, and a love for the practice. We'll take care of the rest, together.
What you'll learn
A complete foundation, module by module
Seven threads woven across the training — the knowledge, the skill, and the presence it takes to lead a room.
Philosophy & History
The roots of yoga — its lineage, texts and living traditions — so your teaching stands on something deeper than shapes.
Asana, Alignment & Modifications
Break down each posture with safe alignment and honest modifications, so every body in the room is welcome and supported.
Sequencing & Class Structure
Design classes that flow — vinyasa, power and mixed-level — with intelligent arcs that build, peak and release.
Teaching Methodology & Cueing
Find your voice — clear verbal cues, confident language and hands-on adjustments that guide without gripping.
Anatomy & Functional Movement
Understand the body you're teaching — the bones, muscles and movement patterns that keep your students safe and strong.
The Art of Holding Space
Cultivate the presence, leadership and quiet confidence that turn a class into an experience people come back for.
Practice Teaching
Real teaching hours in a real room, with real feedback — so you graduate having already led, not just studied.

Mentorship
Many voices, one home
“You won't learn to sound like one teacher. You'll gather a whole chorus of perspectives — and find the voice that's already yours.”
Your training is led by distinguished guest educators alongside the experienced Yoga House instructors who built the most-loved studios in the RGV. That mix is intentional — a variety of perspectives, voices and teaching styles, so you graduate with range, not a single mold. Small cohorts mean you're mentored, seen and supported the whole way through.
