Founder-led since 2021
A wellness oasis, built here
Yoga House RGV isn't a franchise or a private-equity rollout. It's a home-grown studio family — intentionally designed to feel like a place to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.

Our founder
Built here, by one of us
“I wanted the Valley to have a place that felt like an oasis — warm, beautiful, and genuinely for everyone who walks in.”
Mahima Bazaz opened Yoga House in 2021 with a single studio and a simple belief: the Rio Grande Valley deserved a beautiful, welcoming home for movement. No national chain, no cookie-cutter format — just real heat, real instruction, and a room where everyone belongs.
Three studios later — McAllen, Mission and Edinburg — it's become the most-loved yoga brand in the RGV. That's the part no franchise can copy: it was started here, by someone from here, for the people here.
What we stand for
Our mission, in three words: warm, real, together
We believe growth comes from a place of respect — for our community, our teachers, and each person's own path to wellness. When you respect people, you create the openness and support that lets everyone flourish.
Warm & welcoming
Bright, plant-filled, infrared-heated spaces designed to feel like an oasis — a place to escape the busyness of the day and focus on you.
Real instruction
Every class is led live by an experienced, certified teacher who's passionate about helping you find your own path — never a screen, never a pod.
Real community
Beginner-friendly and never intimidating. Whatever your level, your language, or your reason for coming — you won't practice alone.
Our team
The teachers who make it feel like home
Each coach brings their own movement, style and pace to the room. Our advice? Try them all — and find the ones who make you want to come back.
