Find the class that fits your day

Some days you want to sweat and build strength. Some days you need to slow down and breathe. Our schedule holds room for both — a full range of infrared-heated and room-temperature classes, guided by instructors who meet you where you are.

The infrared experience

Heat that warms you, like the sun

Instead of blowing hot, heavy air, our infrared panels warm your body directly — the same gentle warmth you feel from sunlight. The room stays clear and breathable, so your breath stays steady while your muscles loosen faster and go deeper.

  • Deeper, safer stretch

Muscles reach working temperature faster, so you move further with less strain.

  • A deep, cleansing sweat

Better circulation and a real sweat support detox, energy and that post-class glow.

  • Calm, not depleted

Sun-like warmth eases the nervous system — most members leave strong, clear and energized.

Good to know: every heated class is guided live by an instructor in the room with you — coaching your form and offering modifications, not a screen in a pod.

Your first class

All levels welcome — here's what to expect

Every class is built for every body. There's no “advanced-only” room and no wrong way to start — just show up and we'll take care of the rest.

1

Arrive early

Come 15 minutes before class. We'll greet you, show you around and help you set up your space.

2

Ease into the heat

Rest whenever you need to. Sitting one out is completely normal — your only job is to breathe and listen to your body.

3

Move at your pace

Your instructor offers modifications throughout, so you can take it gentler or push harder — whatever the day calls for.

4

Leave lighter

Cool down, rehydrate and enjoy the glow. Most first-timers book their next class before they leave.

Come prepared

What to bring

Keep it simple. Everything else — including mat and towel rentals — is waiting for you at the studio.

  • Water — bring plenty and hydrate before you arrive
  • A mat & towel — or rent ours at the front desk
  • Breathable clothing you can move and sweat in
  • An empty-ish stomach — eat light 1–2 hours before
  • An open mind — no experience required
First time? Tell the front desk — several instructors teach bilingual classes, and we'll point you to the perfect first class for you.
