Good to know
Yes. Every class is built for all levels, instructors offer modifications throughout, and your intro week lets you try as many classes as you like at your own pace.
A mat (we have rentals), a towel and water. Wear breathable clothing you can move in, and arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around.
Yes — several of our instructors teach bilingual classes. Tell the front desk what you're most comfortable with and we'll point you to the right class.
Yes. One membership gives you access to all three studios — McAllen, Mission and Edinburg — so there's always a class that fits your day.
