Everything you need for your first class
New to hot yoga, or just new to us? Here are the answers we share most — about your first visit, the infrared heat, memberships and our three studios. Still unsure? We're a phone call away.
New students
Right here, with us. Every class is beginner-friendly and our instructors are trained to offer modifications for every body and every level. Hot Yoga Basics is always a lovely first step — but honestly, you can start with whatever sounds good and we'll guide you the rest of the way.
There's nothing to keep up with. This is your practice, not a competition. Just show up, breathe, and move at your own pace — rest whenever you need to. Every instructor offers modifications, so you'll always have a version of the pose that feels right for you today.
Absolutely — flexibility is something you build through practice, not something you need on day one. Come exactly as you are. Most of our members will tell you their flexibility, strength and calm all grew right here on the mat.
Not at all. Many students walk in with little to no experience — that's exactly who these classes are for. We'll help you build strength, confidence and comfort one class at a time. Getting in shape is the point, not the prerequisite.
Yes — our 30-Day Reset starts with one unlimited week for $20, so you can try every style across all three studios and find your rhythm. It's the easiest, no-pressure way to see if we're your fit.
Your first class
A water bottle, a yoga mat and a towel — plus breathable clothing you can move and sweat in. Forgot something? Mat rentals and bottled water are available at every studio. Arrive about 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and show you around.
Hot Yoga Basics is always a great place to begin. If you'd like a more personal recommendation, tell us a little about what you're looking for — a gentle start, a strong sweat, a low-impact burn — and our front desk will point you to the perfect class.
Most classes are taught in English, and we also offer Spanish-led classes. Let the front desk know what you're most comfortable with and we'll guide you to the right class and instructor. Aquí se habla español.
Classes & the heat
No — we offer both heated and non-heated classes, so you can choose what feels best on any given day. Some days you'll want the sweat; other days a room-temperature strength or yoga class is exactly right. Both live on one membership.
Infrared heat, which warms your body directly — think of the gentle, even warmth of sunshine rather than hot air being blown at you. It helps your muscles loosen faster and lets you move deeper, more comfortably and more safely.
Most hot classes range from about 90–105°F, depending on the format. If it's your first time in the heat, drink water beforehand, listen to your body and take a break in child's pose whenever you like — no explanation needed. It gets more comfortable every class.
Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre & Sculpt, plus non-heated fitness and yoga — a wide mix for every mood and goal, from a slow grounding flow to a high-burn core class. One membership gives you access to all of them across all three studios.
It's the combination — infrared heat, expert instructors coaching you live in the room, a genuinely warm community and a wide mix of yoga and fitness classes across three beautiful studios. Founder-led here in the Valley since 2021, not a franchise. That's something a self-serve pod simply can't replicate.
Booking, membership & billing
We recommend it. Reserving your spot through our app, the website or a quick phone call guarantees you get into the class you want — popular times fill up. Booking ahead also makes check-in effortless when you arrive.
Give us a quick call and we'll do our best to hold your spot. If we don't hear from you, your reservation may be released once class begins so someone on the waitlist can take it. When you do arrive, come on in — we'll help you settle in quietly.
Please cancel at least 4 hours before class — through the app or by calling the studio — so we can offer your spot to someone waiting. Cancelling within that window, or not showing up, may be recorded as a late cancel or no-show. Life happens, so if something comes up, just reach out and we'll work with you.
Yes. One membership gives you access to McAllen, Mission and Edinburg — so there's always a class and a location that fit your day. Practice near work in the morning and near home at night; it's all included.
We do, based on instructor and studio availability. Privates are lovely for a focused start, a specific goal, or practicing with friends. Reach out and we'll match you with the right instructor and time.
At the studios
Yes — free parking is available at all three studio locations, so you can arrive relaxed and leave the same way.
Each location has restrooms and changing space to freshen up before or after class. We don't have showers on site, so many members plan to head straight home to rinse off after a good sweat.
Anyone looking for supportive, high-quality yoga and fitness in a welcoming space — from first-timers who've never set foot on a mat to seasoned practitioners wanting more heat and community. If you're wondering whether you'd belong here, you would. Come as you are.
